Bible Ventures

• 2011 Bible Reading Guide - (19 page document)
• God The Father - This is a tool used in the Bible Ventures class "Foundations". It presents Scripture and life applications to help you view God as your Father. (2 page document)
• Group Prayer List - BibleVentures or small group leaders can use this as an effective prayer exercise for class members or you may use this in your personal prayer/devotional time. (1 page document)
• Prophecies Concerning Jesus Fulfilled - This is just a sampling of the many prophecies in the Old Testament concerning Jesus. Along with those are the passages in the New Testament where each is fulfilled. This is currently being used in the "Foundations" BibleVentures class. (6 page document)
• Ways to Continue to Get to Know Jesus - Use this in your daily quiet time with God. Taken from the "Foundations" Bible Study. (1 page document)

Deacons

• Annointing with Oil - This is helpful information for the deacon to review regarding the "laying on of hands" and the "annointing with oil."
• Benevolent Policy - Gives a description of our financial assistance policy. (1 page document)
• Financial Assistance Questionnaire - If you need financial help from WVMC you can print this out, fill it out, and give it to Andy Barthol, Head Deacon. It is completely confidential and handled with care! (1 page document)

Giving

• Tithe Chart - This chart is a good tool to help the believer identify what percentage of their income (yearly or weekly) is being given to the Lord. (2 page document)

Healthy Church

• List of 104 Biblical Characteristics - This is a list of 104 Biblical character qualities. It is useful in many discipleship areas. This is one of the tools we use in the new SPIRITUAL COACHING training. (6 page document)
• One Another - The scriptures give us a great deal of information about the way we are to get along with one another in the community of Christ. These 20 ONE ANOTHER passages will keep us on the right track. (2 page document)
• Path of Discipleship - We have put together a stratgic plan that will help a new Christian progress to being a fully, devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Check out what it is you need on your journey to become a fully devoted follower. As classes become available, be sure to take advantage of the learning opportunity. (1 page document)

• Description of a Discipled Person - The Healthy Church Task Force put together this tool for the leadership of the WVMC to use in order to guide their ministries towards the goal of "making fully, devoted followers of God." (6 page document)
• How to Have A Good Committee Meeting - This is a helpful reminder for all leaders as they gather their workers (teammates) to discuss, plan and evaluate their ministry, (1 page document)

• How Do I Pray? - Do you ever feel like there's just too much to pray for? This tool will give you 10 tips for daily prayer and sample prayers to get you started. Use this with your WVMC Weekly Prayer Request sheet you receive at Wednesday Night Bible Study & Prayer and/or during your daily prayer time. (1 page document)
• PrayerWalking - This will help you and/or your ministry to form a "PrayerWalk" in a targeted neighborhood. (3 page document)
• Praying For The Lost - This describes 8 simple ways to pray for your unsaved loved ones. It also has a handy way of keeping track of those for whom you are praying. (1 page document)

• Wedding Service Ideas - Here is a chapter from the book THE CHRISTIAN WEDDING PLANNER by Ruth Muzzy and R. Kent Hughes that gives great insights on planning weddings and the details of the service. I highly recommend that you purchase this book for more great insights in wedding planning. (18 page document)
